We take great care to ensure our product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur, particularly with color representation due to monitor differences. All measurements and weights are approximate.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.

Pricing:

All prices are in US Dollars. While we strive for accuracy, if we discover an error in pricing, we will contact you before processing your order.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through encrypted connections. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

You may request order changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. We cannot guarantee changes after this period as orders enter processing quickly.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas:

We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote regions. Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing and weather conditions.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Window:

We accept returns and exchanges for most new, unused items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following once their original packaging is opened:

• Adhesives
• Paints (including Badger ModelFlex)
• Decals
• Brushes
• Applicators

These items are considered final sale.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and product details
3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Ship the item with the RMA number clearly visible

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The original shipping fee is non-refundable for returns not due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
